NUTELLA COOKIES
Nutella is probably the best and most world-known Italian sweet treat. It’s more than 50 years old, but its appeal is unchanged. Nothing is better than Nutella for healing bad moods or for satisfying your craving for something sweet! It’s used in many dessert recipes, but it’s also good just plain. Personally, I think Nutella is best enjoyed spread on the bread of Matera…
In this recipe I’ve used Nutella to make some delicious cookies (or biscuits!). Try them at breakfast or with a cup of tea.
INGREDIENTS
300 gr. cake flour
90 gr. cocoa powder
90 gr. sugar
150 gr. butter (cold)
2 eggs
A pinch of salt
½ tsp. baking powder
Nutella
Put all the ingredients in a pastry blender at low speed. Then put the dough in a bowl covered with plastic wrap and put in the fridge for 1 hour.
Flatten with a rolling pin and cut out circles with a cookie cutter.
Butter a cookie sheet and put the circles on it. Place some Nutella in the middle of each circle and cover with another circle pressing well with your fingers to seal.
Bake in preheat oven at 180° for 10 minutes. Yummy!!!
